The February issue of Classic Bike features an incredible adventure on its cover – a lap of Australia on a 1969 Triumph Trident, in which the bike covered 10,481 miles, and went through three rear tyres and 35 pints of oil.
Other bikes featured include a Moto Guzzi Le Mans MkI beautifully restored and ridden, a 1967 Norton P11 put to the test, plus a buyer’s guide for the Kawasaki GPz1100. There’s also the tale of gritty, straight-talking Aussie Rob Phillis’s racing career, and a tour of Team Bike main man Ian Martin’s Honda RC30-stuffed workshop.
Along with the usual workshop tips, long-term project updates of the CB team’s classics and insights into the classic bike world, February’s Classic Bike is as crammed with essentials as an over-stuffed pannier.
